It’s Metaphysical Monday! Today’s question is: Why is it when I meditate I see figures or faces going by or hear people talking but I can’t quite make out what they are saying?
This is a very common situation, particularly with beginning meditators. Experiencing this means you have reached the other side, but you aren’t quite on the vibrational layer that supports connecting with your guides in a way you can understand. This isn’t a failure at all! You have landed where you want to be, you just have a little more navigating to do.
This analogy might help it make more sense to you. Let’s suppose you wanted to go to New York city to have a meeting with someone important but you get out of the cab in the middle of Wall St. People are bustling by and talking on their cell phones. You are indeed in New York city but you certainly aren’t in a place that is conducive to having a proper discussion. From there you must navigate to the place where the person you wish to speak with is, and it will be much more supportive to having your meeting.
So if you are meditating and find yourself having a similar experience, know you are close to where you want to be but you aren’t quite there yet. With your intention, send your soul to a quieter place where connecting with your guide will be much more supported. Your soul always knows the way! If you are in doubt, ask to be guided to where that place is. Tell your angels and guides you really want to connect and ask them to help you find your way.
I understand it can be frustrating if you don’t understand what is happening at first, but don’t give up right before things are about to get really interesting! You are almost there if this is your experience. Know you’ve arrived and it’s just a matter of finding the sweet spot where you move into an alignment that supports connecting with your guides. Get creative, try different things, explore a little, and before you know it you will land exactly where you are meant to be. As you practice you will blaze a trail directly to where you want to go, and you won’t experience the busy collective as your starting point any more. Hope this helps!
