Dear Ones, we are so excited that you have become more and more aware of your ability to create and are becoming ever so much more mindful of what you are supporting energetically. Today we would like to suggest you become more aware of the word “but”. But is an indicator of a mixed message, of conflicting energies. Feel the energy of any sentence that contains the word but. The sentence will start off in one energetic direction and then veer off in another. To be more specific, almost all sentences containing the word but start off in flow, only to have it immediately halted. For example, “I would love to go to the park with you today but I have too much work to do.” But is one of the favourite words of the ego, because it is a very effective flow stopper. So we urge you to start to pay attention to your sentences that contain the word but. The first part of the sentence will usually clearly identify what you really want. The second part can help you identify how you are blocking yourself from stepping into what that is. An easy way to remember this is to think of “but” creating a barricade that the universe will butt up against when it is trying to deliver to you. This awareness can help you start to see how you may be blocking the energy you wish to flow into your life.
