You have noticed that your beloved Earth has been very active and has been shifting quite a bit lately. This is seen as seismic activity. You will see that Gaia continues to shift, in some cases quite dramatically, in the days and months ahead. Much like accelerated labour, the contractions are coming faster and more intensely to ready for the birth of the New Earth. It is important to stay out of fear and to stay in your balance and trust in the process. Just like you, every time there is a large influx of light or higher energies, Gaia releases. She is letting go of what no longer suits her. For every release you have, you support her, just as she releases and becomes lighter, she supports you. It is a magnificent example of how interconnected you really are, and how important you are to the process.
