This week we will be doing a series on aspects of the ego that continue to run on fear and keep you from being at peace within yourself.

Again, the ego is not the enemy. It is a necessary part of you as a human being, in a body, during the great shift of consciousness on the planet. It would be impossible to see yourself as an individual with certain traits to expand and evolve in a lifetime without it.

We do not wish for you to attempt to eradicate the ego (which would only put you at war with yourselves). What we do wish for you is a beautiful partnership between your inner wise one and your ego self, which would create a greater sense of unity within yourself moving forward.

Just as you seek validation and reassurance from higher beings that you are accepted and loved, the ego self seeks that from your more conscious self. Finding that, Dear Ones, is the key to finding peace within so your nervous systems can start to relax and you can become an anchor of peace on a shifting planet. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young
