We’ve been speaking of the importance of both the heart and the mind as you navigate a shifting planet in a human body. Here is another piece that you may find helpful.
We understand that you can find it challenging when you find yourself in a lull. Your overall flow has moments of both stillness and movement, creating balance as you progress through your life expression. We often speak of how lulls are equally important as the action phases because it is movement behind the scenes, and action periods are when that progress becomes more tangible.
What we wish to point out today is that lulls allow you the time and space to connect with your heart. Once you have spent enough time in your heart, you are prepared to put that wisdom into action and bring your mind on board to oversee the progress.
