Many of you are feeling an intensity of energy, a building feeling that like a dam is about to burst. This is completely normal for where you are in your evolutionary journey.
You are in a period of acceleration, in fast moving energies that have purpose and intention. The energy builds until it crests and breaks through into a new level, so to speak, and then you have a grand release bringing with it a feeling of release and a time of rest as the next wave starts to build. Because the shift is gaining speed, it may feel like you barely get through one wave before another one starts to build but again, that is perfectly normal and how the energy works.
The energy that builds then seeks release is the old 3D ways – the control, the limitations, the belief systems, the conditioning, and the illusion that the ego knows the way. It is coming up so strongly so it cannot be denied or pushed down. It could be old energy you have held, be it from your other life expressions, ancestral lineage, or fears and doubts, previous experiences or traumas from this lifetime, as well as the energy of the collective. It is good that it is leaving!
So again we urge you to trust, Dear Ones. What you are experiencing is a sign that you are exactly where you need to be. Transformation can be intense but it will always ultimately lead you to something much better and more in line with who you truly are and the world you wish to inhabit. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young
