So many sensitive human beings have spent their lives in the service to others. They prioritize the health and wellness of their family, their friends, the collective, the planet. Because they are old souls and highly empathic, service feels natural to them so they infuse it into most every area of their lives.

Have you forgotten yourself in your desire to serve others? It is difficult to live a truly satisfying life expression if you have not included yourself in your own love, compassion, and care. Some of you are so worried about being selfish you don’t even take yourselves into consideration!

Unity consciousness means you, too. It is a very foreign concept for empaths to put themselves first so we will not attempt to convince you to do that here today. But we will urge you to make your needs of equal importance as everyone else’s. As way showers allowing yourselves to thrive in a healthy, conscious way sets a new model of behaviour for all the souls that will be waking up on your planet. If you look at it that way you can see that your self care is service to both you and the whole.
