There are times you may feel like you are hit with one energetic shift after another with barely a moment to catch your breath in-between. The exhaustion, the doubt, the overwhelm you feel is a sign that you are close to emergence.

We liken this to being in hard labour. Right before birth the contractions come quickly, one after the other. The mother feels like she cannot keep going, yet there is no other option. It is the intensity that allows the breakthrough. The greater the intensity the more imminent the birth is.

So we urge you to use that knowledge. You may feel like you’ve been in a waiting stage forever, much like the mother may feel like she’s been pregnant forever. When the discomfort starts in earnest you are near the ending of one phase and about to step into the beginning of another. Understanding this is a natural process will help you trust that flow and assess where you are in your birthing process so you can have greater ease with whatever stage you are in. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young
