Dear Ones, the mind largely works by seeing itself as separate. The heart knows itself as part of the greater whole. Why does this matter? Because it allows you to see that the heart is the part of you that naturally flows with the rhythms of the universe and because of that can effortlessly and comfortably enter the greater flow.
