You are in a time where the opportunities are ripe for you or others to be triggered. Should you get triggered we urge you to practice grace for yourself. When others get triggered we urge you to have grace for them. These are unprecedented times and much of what is coming up to the surface can be uncomfortable, both individually and collectively.

Having grace is not beyond your ability to do. It comes naturally when you can see the world through the eyes of your inner wise one. Grace is how you accept and love each other forward and is one of the most important elements of 2026. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young
