Today we are going to ask you to pay attention to your “what if’s”. Many of you are in the habit of stalling yourselves because you start to think, what if ______ happens. Usually it is a worse case scenario.

We are not going to suggest you stop that. As humans you like to explore options. What we are going to ask is that if you explore a negative what if, you also balance it out with a positive what if. For example, if you worry what if everything goes wrong, balance it with a what if everything goes better than I could ever imagine?

Feel into each of those. Which one feels expansive? Which one feels like it has more flow? Which one does your soul like better? We highly suggest you follow that one. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young

It’s time for the first of our monthly events. This one is Apologize To Your Body ~ A Healing Session. Gabriel has long talked about how our physical bodies are the unsung heroes of our incarnation. They have been working tirelessly for you from the moment you took your first breath, and will continue to serve you until you are ready to leave your body. We judge them, ignore their needs, and basically take them for granted in every way possible. What a thankless job to be the vehicle for the soul!
