Many of you are finding yourselves unusually clumsy and scattered, feeling rather emotional and requiring more sleep. This is a sure sign you are well on your way with your embodiment process!

Just like an adolescent who has had a growth spurt and is getting used to the changes in their body, you are getting used to how to operate your body with the new energies it has integrated. In many ways it can feel just like being a teenager!

The most profound changes of this process are taking place in your body right now. There is nothing you need to do. This is an organic unfoldment that has its own innate intelligence. Just listen to what your body needs and give it to it. This is a phase that won’t last a particularly long time, but it is a very important one.

What is so wonderful is with your wisdom and understanding of these various stages you can start to see and track your own progress. You understand you are shifting and evolving. It is proof positive that you are not blocked in any way. You are making great strides in your own process of embodiment and aligning with the new.
