Dear Ones, if you don’t know how to proceed you are not failing. You simply don’t have enough information yet. This is very common during times of energetic intensity. Much like being in rapids, your focus isn’t so much on what is your highest path forward, it is more on staying in the boat!

There will be time to make those kinds of decisions. In the meantime, it is okay to not know. It is okay to decide to decide later. It is okay to simply do whatever is supported in your now moment. It is okay to prioritize self care over all else.

During such times we urge you to take the pressure off yourselves! All you ever have to do is make your highest choice one now moment at a time. And it just may be that your highest choice is hanging on tight and keeping your focus on simply getting through the rapids because you know they eventually smooth out and propel you into new vistas. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young
