Spiritual ego is a particularly insidious thing. This occurs when one develops a certain level of spiritual understanding or ability and then uses it to posture oneself as above others or better than. It was spiritual ego that led to the fall of Atlantis and has been responsible for every atrocity committed toward man in the name of religion. Spiritual ego separates and divides and seeks to serve the one, while authentic spirituality unifies and serves the whole. It is that authentic spirituality, whatever your faith base may be, that will be responsible for the creation of the New Earth.
