Dear Ones, you are not at the mercy of the energies. They are here to serve you and your evolution. Ride them! Harness them! Assess what they support then allow their momentum to carry you forward with the utmost of ease. If you learn to work with them you will find your rest more restful and your action periods more productive and whatever phase you are in much easier on your body.

And more than anything else, they are proof positive that the shift is occurring and you are a vital part of it. The planet is being flooded with help to dismantle the old and create the firm foundations of the new. The animals are participating. The plants are participating. The crystals are participating. The outer planets and helpers throughout the universe are participating. It is a grand symphony of transformation for the betterment of all.
