I learn the most interesting things from the private sessions I do. The other day I was doing a reading and spirit showed me clearly that we are entering somewhat of a reversed process now. Let me explain.

At the beginning of our journeys, most of us had kundalini awakenings with energy spiralling up from the lower chakras to the crown and beyond. This allowed us much fuller access to our soul selves and the wisdom we could tap into by the awakening of those higher chakras.

Now we are entering the embodiment phase, which starts at the higher chakras and seeks to move all the way down to the earth star chakra located about a foot under our feet. This also speaks to the importance of grounding and spending time in nature because both assist this process profoundly.

The first phase of our incarnation was about connecting up and out of our bodies. This phase now is about bringing our soul selves and that wisdom into our bodies as part of what Gabriel just called “a sacred meld”. What a lovely phrase!
