In order to start operating beyond your old conditioning, it can be helpful to ask the following: What is the flow supporting?
For example, you might think you need to clean out the garage. It hangs over your head. Every day you just can’t muster the energy to do it. Before you know it you have started asking what is wrong with you and if you are lazy. Those are all chatter from the mind, and the mind is the place where the old conditioning lives.
So allow the mind to say everything it needs to say until it runs out of steam. Then ask what is the flow supporting.
The flow is the higher vibrational operating system and is designed to work with ease. It finds its ease by waiting until the conditions are perfect for any job to be done with the most energetic support possible. This means tasks get taken care of quickly and efficiently because you are working with universal energy to get the job done.
This is no different than a surfer waiting for the right wave to ride. The surfer isn’t lazy if they aren’t trying to surf on every wave. They are using their wisdom to recognize which wave will carry them forward and give them the most satisfying experience and success.
So many enlightening human beings feel like they have been carrying the weight of the world on their shoulders. You will always feel that way if you are trying to force rather than flow. There is always, always support for you. After the intensity of the August eclipses, I thought it would be ideal to work with some gentle, supportive, loving energies for our pre-equinox healing session so we will be working with Mother Mary. I don’t know about you but even the thought of it seems soothing!

There will be a short channel by Archangel Gabriel and then we will be going into a meditation to connect with Mother Mary’s energy. The equinox serves as a save point so let’s settle into a calmer more balanced state before then.
