Today we wish to give you an explanation that will allow you to see where you are on your journey.

When you have reached the end of a line of potential or phase, it will start to get uncomfortable. You may feel restricted, stagnant, and no longer energetically supported where you are. This phase allows you to prepare for movement. It allows you to gain clarity on what you might like to experience in your next phase. It is a quiet time that allows you to let go of what you no longer wish to carry with you. These periods may seem long but they are the first phase of a transitional period.

The next phase is somewhat of a mixed bag of energies. It may contain some movement, sudden awarenesses, puzzle pieces dropping in, and new inspirations but also unexpected challenges. This can feel frustrating because you may have some wonderful things happen and then be thrown right back into what feels like the energy of the old. It is common to think, ahhhh finally, only to find your flow screech to a halt. It can be tempting to think this is cruel or that you are doing something wrong. Rest assured that is not the case.

Monumental changes like the ones you are in the throes of right now do not happen at the stroke of midnight one day. Rather, they are a transition, and as you are in the leaving of one and the beginning of another you will experience attributes of both. So we wish for you to know that it is not a sign of failure, it is a sign of actual progress being made.

This is the kindest way forward for you. It allows you to move forward incrementally so your body can much more easily assimilate into the new. A sudden change would be disorienting and unnecessarily hard on your systems.

As you continue your transition from the old into the new, you will find the old dropping away being replaced with more and more of the new until you are finally fully in the next phase of your incarnation and the old struggles are nothing but expired energies you no longer attach to.
