Dear Ones, there are profound changes happening on your planet at this time. You are integrating energies that would have been impossible to hold even one short year ago of your linear time. This is incredibly taxing on your body and requires a lot of energy to assimilate and hold.

Would you expect to run a marathon when your body was prioritizing an important process? Of course not! These are foundational structures that are being put down so you can move forward in a profound way.

There will be a time in the not too distant future where you are in such fast forward energy it will be difficult for your logical mind to keep up. Trust. It’s time for the first of our two monthly events. This one is Apologize To Your Body ~ A Healing Session. Gabriel has long talked about how our physical bodies are the unsung heroes of our incarnation. They have been working tirelessly for you from the moment you took your first breath, and will continue to serve you until you are ready to leave your body. We judge them, ignore their needs, and basically take them for granted in every way possible. What a thankless job to be the vehicle for the soul!
