Today I am going to be sharing something really cool I have learned about in a recent reading. It is concerning soul fragments.

Soul fragments can occur when we have had a very traumatic experience in another lifetime. It is like a little piece of ourselves gets stuck in that time. We have been in the process of doing soul retrieval, either consciously or unconsciously, as we move through our own evolutionary journeys.

Some do the work consciously by doing a soul retrieval process, while others find themselves drawn to different locations in the world where they pick up those fragments simply by visiting where the fragmentation occurred. The soul always knows and will facilitate that work whenever the time is right. However it happens, it is deep healing and leads us to a greater sense of wholeness. This is how I have seen the soul fragment process happen over the past 22 years.

So imagine my surprise when I was shown a different aspect of soul fragmentation recently. I saw how a soul consciously chose to leave a fragment behind so in another incarnation the soul will be led back to that exact location. This was not only to retrieve it but also to remember another time and to bring whatever talents that soul had back into their awareness to be dusted off and renewed in a new, more applicable way to the times we are in.

I love this viewpoint because it shows that we have always had faith in the fact that we would make it to the point we are now in the great shift of consciousness on the planet. May we start to hold that confidence in ourselves as we continue moving forward into the new!
