Combining unconditional love of self and your role of guide, in many ways, means having patience and understanding for yourself. It means seeing yourself for the wonderful being you truly are, yet also seeing your potential and encouraging yourself to follow your dreams and live in joy and passion. It means honouring your body, and speaking to yourself with kindness and encouragement and making sure all your needs are met. In many ways, it means you have become a loving, nurturing parent to yourself. How could you not heal, bloom and thrive under such wonderful care?
