Dear Ones, by now you are most familiar with the idea of releasing and integrating. You have been experiencing that in earnest for the past several years. We would like to point out that is exactly what is happening on your planet, as well.

The old is being exposed so it can be identified and released, the new floods in to fill the voids with higher vibrational energy, and the collective assists the planet in her desire to fully integrate it. I’ve become more and more aware of the importance of soothing our nervous system. It really is an integral part of our spiritual journey, and so many of us are walking around with your nervous system running on high.
