It can be so easy to become focused on what is wrong in your world, particularly during times of intensity. You are seeing the collapse of many things and it can feel overwhelming. Combine that with the pulses of unprecedented energies and the work your physical bodies are doing in order to integrate them, we understand it can become all consuming. It can all be so very loud.

We wish to remind you that your beingness is not loud. Love is not loud. Balance and harmony and peace are not loud. They are calm. Gentle. Soothing. Reassuring. Welcoming. Healing. Inclusive.

We are not at all suggesting you should turn a blind eye to what is happening in your world. What we are advising is that you make time to get back to your own base of empowerment when it all seems too much.

Make room for the presence and stillness that allows you to see the beauty that still exists in the world. Create a safe, supportive space for yourself that makes it easier to align with your guidance and your ability to remember what you know. It is time for the first of our two live monthly events. I’m really excited for this one because the topic dropped in loudly and unexpectedly! Pre-Equinox Healing with the Arcturians – Healing the Atlantis Wounds. This live zoom event will be held Thursday March 19 at 1 pm ET. The cost to attend is $33.33 USD.
