You are now in the space between eclipses. It may feel like you are getting squeezed from all directions. You may experience many things coming up into your awareness – old memories, misunderstandings, triggers, trauma, dreams of people from your past, and energies you have never felt before or that change multiple times a day. This is not the time to attach too tightly to anything but rather to observe things as being in a state of flux.

We often say you don’t build a house on a bridge. There will be plenty of time for your new and heartfelt creations once you get past the March equinox.

So allow the energies to wash over you and do their job, whatever that may be. Do your best to stay in balance. Practice grace for others and for yourselves, as during intense energies it can be easy to lose that balance. Ground. Get out in nature. Remember what you know. Connect with your inner wise one.
