We were recently asked if there was anything you should be doing now that you have stepped into the new year of 2026. Many of you are in a pause, where it is time for rest and recalibration so you are unsure about what comes next. To this we say, use this time to settle, to sit outside of the noise, and to allow your nervous system to reset.
