When you are in intense energy you may be tempted to think that you are just being battered and progress isn’t being made. Nothing could be further from the truth!

What we refer to as rapids is a sure sign that you are in both an ending and a beginning. It is a wrapping up of what was expired for you. It is shaking loose whatever you don’t wish to carry forward with you and is beautifully setting you up for the next exciting stage of your incarnation.

So when you find yourselves in that pocket of energy that feels intense and uncomfortable, take comfort in the fact that you have made so much progress you are ready to move forward in new and empowered ways.
