During times of energetic intensity it can be difficult to remember to have gratitude for what is working in your life. Gratitude is a very important practice because it anchors presence and it also is the steering wheel of your flow. It is a powerful feedback tool to the universe.

If you are in a space where you find it difficult to find beauty or anything to be grateful for, we highly advise you get a camera and go for a walk. A camera is such a helpful tool for gratitude because it automatically shifts you into seeing things in a new way. You start looking for the beauty and the more you look the more you find. It is time for the first of our two live monthly events. I’m really excited for this one because the topic dropped in loudly and unexpectedly!
