We have spoken of how the mind can spin you round and round with its endless chatter that is based on old beliefs, fears, doubts, conditioning, and all manner of ideas that can keep you stuck in indecision and angst. If you realize that it is the heart that knows the way forward, why not treat those old thoughts as cookies stored on your computer of websites you no longer visit. Clear the cookies, Dear Ones! When they come up, clear! We give this to you from a space of humour so you don’t fall into giving them more weight than they deserve. Let them go, get into your heart, and move forward.
