The darkness just served the purpose of allowing you to know yourselves as the light. The more extreme the darkness, the more people will find their boundaries and start to recognize their own light. It will always ultimately move people into a deeper knowing of their own truth until the darkness serves no purpose whatsoever. Interestingly, as soon as the darkness recognizes this is happening, it gets even louder and more desperate allowing the process to speed up leading to its own obsolescence even faster.
