It’s time for the first of our two monthly events!

I’ve become more and more aware of the importance of soothing our nervous system. It really is an integral part of our spiritual journey, and so many of us are walking around with your nervous system running on high. It was during a private session that Gabriel gave me some wonderful insights into the nervous system and how to work with it, all with his usual humour. Not only are his suggestions unique, they are effective. I can vouch for that because I am using them myself!
