Resistance to any part of yourself blocks your flow. Even if you identify an area of yourself that you think is unacceptable, you can consider it a work in progress rather than something to deny or resist. Feel into the difference. Resistance creates an immoveable force, an energetic tug of war if you will that gets nowhere, while seeing it as a work in progress holds the energy of movement and improvement.
