Dear Ones, it would serve you well to recognize that most of your discomfort comes from the following:

Resistance to the now moment.

Trying to force things forward before they are ready.

Trying to control or resist change that is already happening.

The core of all of these is judgement of your own personal flow! Your flow is always customized to you, loving you and supporting you in all ways.
