We have been asking you to put your own balance, wellness and energetic clarity first. For many of you, that is a difficult task because you do not wish to be selfish. Dear Ones, making yourself a priority is in no way selfish! It allows you to carry your highest vibration, which assists you, others and your beloved Gaia. Selfishness comes from a place that fears there is not enough, seeks to separate, and serves the one. Self awareness, on the other hand, understands that as you honour yourself, you honour all others, which supports unity consciousness and serves the whole.
